National Hardware Planogram Project

National Manufacturing Company integrates manufacturing, distribution, merchandising, and in-store logistics to manage the retail hardware category, ensuring its customers' success. 

National came to Northwoods  seeking an easy to use, drag and drop Planogram tool built to meet their exact needs.  Northwoods was able to leverage its GO++ graphics library and 7 years of experience in building graphical applications for Windows to quickly deliver a high quality and usable product.

Working with Northwoods software engineers has been a delight. Northwoods is far more than a software company. They quickly understand the project by asking the right questions. The resulting software is easy to use and produces immediate tangible benefits.

The program is so simple. I have been using the CD of tiff files, and inserting them in MS PowerPoint, resizing them, and then trying to line them up properly. The Northwoods system beats this method 10 ways from Sunday.  Thanks for all your effort and a great tool.

I did a planogram last night, I got my software when I got home and did a 43 foot planogram for that new store. It came out great, it really is amazing, the software is so incredible.  The pictures are so crystal clear. It printed up beautifully. Definitely super user friendly, and it's so awesome. I'm really blown away by it. It's really, really incredible.  Nice job.  What an amazing tool. Thanks!

I did a layout for <store> and presented it to them. Needless to say, they were more than impressed. They asked me who did the layout and if it was done at the factory or by me. I explained to them that this was our new PC Planogrammer and that this gave us the ability to actually show what their department would look like. They decided to go ahead with the new layout for the department based on the Planogrammer presentation. This is definitely an added plus to our presentation ability when re-merchandising or selling new accounts. It gives a very professional look in the presentation process and also makes the customer feel confident about what you are going to do.

It has been a lot of fun working with the Planogrammer and I am sure the other salespeople will feel the same.
