Activation codes are specific to

• a computer name
• a product

In addition, the codes are valid for 7 days before they expire.

So, what you need to do is request a new activation code. If this is a second request for the same computer name, it won't count as another use of the software.

Run the add-on
Choose "Activate License"
Choose "Step 2. Register this PC and request an Unlock Code.
Choose "I have access to the Internet" ...this will bring you to a web page.

Type in the order # and email.

That will send us the info we need to generate the unlock code.
